Boil Water Rescind Notice
On June 17, 2025 the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has required Gum Springs Water Supply Corp. PWS#1020026 to issue a Boil Water Notice Due to a 4” Main Water Line Break on Shady Ln .
AFFECTED AREA
Shady Ln only
THERE IS NO LONGER A NEED TO BOIL WATER
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water is safe for consumption.
NO LONGER REQUIRES BOILING OF WATER AS OF:

AFFECTED AREA
STARTING AT PAGE CREEK DR AND WALKERS MILL RD
(NOT TO INCLUDE PAGE CREEK) INCLUDES COLLINS RD, AND R&J DEVELOPMENT. ALSO, FROM FM449 AND WALKERS MILL RD GOING EAST ON FM449 TO INCLUDE SAM HALL RD, AIRLITE RD, AND PR 4319 ENDING AT FRANKLIN RD.
THERE IS NO LONGER A NEED TO BOIL WATER
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water is safe for consumption.

On FM 968 North Side only from Old Maple Springs Rd to Towering Oaks Subdivision.
Towering Oaks Subdivision and Vanderslice Rd.
ARE NOT included in the boil water notice

AFFECTED AREA
Starting at 12264 FM 449 going East on FM 449 to Franklin Rd to include that section of FM 449, PR 4319, Sam Hall Rd, Airlite and Franklin Rd.
THERE IS NO LONGER A NEED TO BOIL WATER
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water is safe for consumption.
